Its been a week and a half since the last time I smoked. Prior to that ive been smoking for almost 3 years straight.
Im about 5'11 weighing at 140lbs. Im constantly chugging water and green tea to keep me pissing. Ive ran a total of 4-5 miles so far this week.
Should I be good now? Or do I have a long way to go?
