Hey Rog, do people in the Deep South think climate change is a Hoax?
about the same percentage as in the north...Stupid migrated decades ago, you all have just as many redneck morons in Maine, %wise, as anywhere else in the country now.
The only real difference between the north and south now, is that the cultural icons are a lot thicker here, You all don't have too many jefferson davis memorials, or robert e lee statues to fight about, and your rebel flag flying idiots don't try to tell you that it's a "heritage thing"....p.s., they don't like hearing that it is indeed a heritage thing, but why do you want to celebrate a heritage of hate, murder, slavery, and insurrection? Oh, and don't forget, LOSING...

Wow. Very insightful. Thanks. How about how they treat women? Is it still the barefoot and pregnant at home thing or like total respect because they realize women are smarter than men?

The answer to most of these types of questions are all going to be the same...It used to be a lot harder to get around, to move if you didn't like it, so people tended to stay in the same areas, inbreeding, and simmering in pools of bigotry.
Today, people move from state to state on a whim, they get outside information, whether they believe it or not. It's a lot easier to meet people you aren't related to...The south of your and everyone else's outdated misconceptions died with the internet.
You should form a study group with d.i.y....

Lol. A study group with DIY? I have no interest in Canada and don’t believe he can provide real life on the ground leg work for the USA. Talk about inbreeding. Holy hell, I was in Silverton Co a couple days ago in a gift store and practically collided with the scariest hunched over one tooth monster making grunting noises at me. Lol. He kinda clawed at me with his hand, it was freaky. That town was so interesting. There was a bus load of Amish people in another store
And a gang of bikers in another. Have you ever been there. It’s probably my favorite town in Co so far.

Who they elect and why says a lot about them and in some red states, women are second class citizens without basic human rights.

Hopefully gerrymandering will be eliminated soon. And women aren’t just second class citizens in Red States. They are second class citizens in blue states as well, like Colorado. They just closed the women’s birthing center at the hospital I work at. In Such a remote location this is a life and death situation for many women and their unborn children here. But for financial reasons it isn’t important enough.

Recent breakthroughs with perovskite solar cells that greatly extends their longevity and increase their efficiency will create plenty of competition for cheap solar panels. The kinds of breakthroughs made with perovskite cells involves the binder used among other things that can be quickly adopted and mass manufactured. Silcon solar cells will soon have some serious price competition and these kinds of thinner and lighter cells can be more easily incorporated into roofing shingles and tiles.

A quote from this article should be tattooed on HP's forehead.

“When you develop new materials for battery technologies there tends to be a significant gap between promising lab results and a demonstrable and scalable technology,” Newton, who is not affiliated with the Maryland study, told the outlet.
