Things will get dramatically worse much sooner than most believe, we're coming very close to tipping points and feedback loops in the climate. Just read a article on ocean acidification, they are already seeing die offs of mollusk larvae in parts of the world, they cannot grow shells, some oyster farms have already had to relocate. A large percentage of the world population rely on the oceans for food, that is soon going away.
you don't know how right you are; the last 4-5 years in South Florida were on fire..there is hardly a winter anymore.

Because you said so?

You can play death cult troll with someone else who doesn't know you are completely full of shit.

Vaccines are safe and effective.

Anyone saying otherwise is either a brainwashed loon or a hate monger trying to convince people to be very unsafe.

i didn't know that about measles but found myself saying only 12k? 1M will die here before we are through with this because Rightie won't take the shot.

it's an issue with those you've experimented on in the past so i don't blame them, i blame the government; this is because of what they did that minority populace is distrusting.

consequences.

I’m of the mind the religion of global warming/climate change/human induced doomsday is its own worst enemy.

What we’re doing to the planet is far more complex than the “climate change movement.” It’s a disservice to the cause (preservation of life as we know it) to have labeled it, politicized it, and weaponized it the way the last 20 years have played out. The Paris climate accord is one laughable example among many.

Developed nations could all get on board 100% with every effort realistically feasible to save the world and it will only delay the inevitable; but not even by that much. China and India must be held accountable heading in to the future or it’s all fucked. They’re a third of the world population and not slowing down.

What about the part where doing anything take time and it's better to have that time, than not? Like if you're scuba diving and you have five minutes of air left, would you rather be two minutes from the surface, or ten?

Just like the coronavirus epidemic. We know what to do but there are laggards who fuck it up for people who see and understand the problem.

But knowing there is a problem and doing nothing is the worst thing one can do.

I vote for two minutes but I'd use some of what's left to put air in my BC and start my ascent regardless.

People shouldn't just focus on death and the very bad consequences of the people who live through these damaging diseases.

This vaccine is not from 'the government' so I am not sure why you blame it.

This would make a lot more sense if it wasn't for all the rich people who jumped the line to get these very safe and highly effective vaccines.

But whatever if you want to push anti vaccine nonsense now, that is on you.

lol at right wing propagandists making shit a political issue and then pretending it is a problem that it is politicized like it is the fault of the people trying to fix the problems of 200 years of chopping down all the life on our planet and burning everything rich white guys could dig up.

We are on the verge of seeing mass migration all over the planet from climate change, it's already started but has been labeled something else. The Arab Spring was not arabs yerning to be free, it was bread riots caused by a Russian drought the year before which caused Russia to stop grain exports. The Syrian migration into Europe was mainly caused from drought not just the civil war, when your farm animals die and you can no longer grow crops you move. Iran is now in a drought that is killing all the animals and crops, where will they go? Borders will not stop millions of starving people trying to survive.

Yeah, you'll have tropical isles, tourism and exporting potable water. It's why we exploit the earth. Money rules. The future is now. That will last in the short term.
Yes, but say the lower states become uninhabitable in the numbers that are there now. Where are they going to go? Canada may play an important roll given that lands may open up. How are we going to say, "No, you can't come here." to the US?

Afghanistan has had a drought and without aid from the West thousands will die. Mainly women mind you.

i'm sorry..where does it say i'm anti vaccine? i'm just stating truth. i understand that vaccines are not from the government just like i understand people listen to a junk site like HelloUSA and think they are coming to America based upon an internet scam. the more uneducated the populace, the more untrusting of things new and things not from their community..so now all those people under a bridge how do you think they're going to feel?
