At least you recognized what you were doing and stopped. That takes grit and commitment.I'm embarrassed to admit I worked for one of the companies trying to extract oil from the oil sands. I personally developed ways to glue ceramic liners into the pipes so they could pump that shit. It's funny you never start off doing evil deeds for evil people. It's just a job you reason. Then the next thing you know you're working for environmental terrorists. Part of why I retired early.
