Clip on battery powered lamp/lights

I need 2 small clip on Battery powered lights/lamps to do an outdoor grow inside a wooden box where I plan to put these lights clipped onto a bar at the top of the box, is it possible to get these lights anywhere? My budget is $60-70. I only plan to grow 2-4 plants in this small box.

The only way your going to be able to grow anything using batteries is if you have solar panels, batteries (BIG ONES, lead acid like car batteries & a lot of them), charge controllers, an inverter, maybe even a generator etc, this would be VERY EXPEN$IVER to do but is is possible, just no were near your budget my friend, not even in the same universe, sorry. If you bought the parts wholesale and built it your self using DIY plans it would be cheaper but were still talking several hundred dollars at the least, realistically probably over a grand though. Unless you have the $$ or you can find someone willing to invest you might as well scrap this idea, sorry to burst your bubble, reality can be a bitch some times.
