Hey guys i built a dwc aeroponic system in a tote. this exact one in this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5mwOt0ibzI
the problem is after a week. coco bits and other matter starts to clog all the sprinklers. and if i dont check it everyday. some of the plants arent getting watered.
Any suggestions? Are clogs just one of those things that come with aeroponics?

Take a single leg of a panty hose and place it around the pump so you filter or stop sediments from entering the system. Whenever you check the liquid your using look at the panty hose to clean it or change it.

get rid of any grow medium beyond a small starter plug. And FYI there is aero and then there is AERO. See high pressure aero for insights. I do not carry it as far as some do, but my results are getting closer

I could avoid using coco all together and it would be a cleaner system. However the clones will in the smaller cube sitting very deep in a 5 in basket and their size will be limited. Should I transfer into a medium cube first?
