Clone Care

Could anyone please either answer directly or link me to a thread that answers the following:

What is the general care for cuttings after you get them in cubes or medium. I always read about the spraying and how they absorb water through foliage because there are no roots. I get all that. I have cuttings in a flat with a dome, they are in rock wool cubes and I decided to put a small layer of promix on the bottom (for water retention and mostly to keep the cubes in place better. I don't care if you disagree with this function as it isn't part of the question!). The cubes were soaked for a long time before, how moist should I keep them? The dome keeps the RH at minimally 85% but usually 95-100% and I spray them several times a day. The cubes seem light and dry, should I be pouring water on them in addition to spraying the foliage? I know how long to expect roots and all that, as that information is incredible abundant! I have failed to find the talk about post cubed cuttings! Help on this will be greatly appreciated!

With all due respect, I feel that telling me "moist" is a little vague. Are you saying that 100% humidity isn't moist? I would like someone to flat out say "just keep spraying/misting the cube and cutting until ____________ happens then do ________________ until so and so."

How about keeping a dunking reservoir and dunk the entire cubed cutting X amount of times each day?

Please, anyone with directions? Unambiguous straight forward directions.

100% humidity doesn't refer to the rock cube, it refers to the air.
Keep the rock wool cube moist/damp, as opposed to wet.
Spraying (and the dome) help the the clone retain moisture, until roots form.
So;
"just keep spraying the cutting until root forming happens then do a re-potting until they're all done."

Take one cube soak it fling it around you in a circle as fast as you can a couple times water will come out now it is the moisture level you want. If its to wet
it may cause rot as it dries give it a little water if you are unsure of the water level feel the weight compare it to the one you flung the water out of.

hope this helps.
