I have done my 1st clones recently and seems some of them are on there way.. however there is a issue i have with 2 of them...

One younger ones stem has gone really dark purple and leaves have yellowed slightly since i took it out of the humidity dome. which was yesterday, I'm a bit worried the roots were not long enough when i transplanted it, or possibly N or micro deficiency?
what you think and will this baby live?

the other issue i have is with another clone which is growing well its just growing well deformed which iv done some reading and apparently this is fine, usually gets better as it matures, just want some confirmation..
Looks like its been attacked :P

I was thinking the one with the purple stem might need a little more nutes? i noticed when i transplanted there were less roots than the others which are doing well..

The first one will be okay, they sometimes yellow when they first take root, especially if the cuttings were borderline deficient. The 2nd one....I've had that happen to me before, a couple times, and so far, the best I've come up with, is that they're were 'hotspots' in the soil, which were a little much for the tender roots. I'm not 100% on that, but mine always outgrew the problem, although were a bit mutated. I never tried flushing, I always either let mine grow out, or got rid of them(I always start more than I need, for reasons like that), but that might get it back onm track, a little faster than if you let it do it's thing, normally.

Alright thanks dude :) i was more worried about the purple stem which has gone even darker version of purple since those pictures were taken.. Iv heard that could have something to do with the cold or temperature. However all the other ones are green and of the same genetics, so I am really unsure what is causing the dark purple stem..

As long as i can keep it alive though...

As for the 2nd one... its a full on mutation but it looks other than having mutated leaves that its going to have allot of bud sites, so possibly a real winner.. any one have more experience with these mutants?
