-Area: 3x3x3
-Lights: 9cfl 26w (100watt equiv/5600k) about 1'' away from plant
-Temps: 74-84
-Humidity: 30-50%
-2 Fans for Exhaust (not hitting leaves but wall) that are in lower corners (had it mounted on top -_-) bigger fan for intake that hits the wall.

When I got it, i had no idea how long its been under what light but its been rooted and stands about 9 1/2'' tall. I already topped it and cut off a lower leaf thats been fading yellow (Just one leaf, and when I received it was prunned also). I have had it for a week and new little leaves are popping out inbetween the stem and where the main stem meets.

they havent added nutes b/c he mentioned getting a multi-purpose fert which by then I was destined to do research.

There are black spots that have been just appearing (kinda gray) and they are getting way to dry. Top leaves and their corneres are turning white. I just watered yest. (but I dont think very well) after not being watered for 3 days (First day I got it I watered till it very well till i saw some draining but not this time, was little worried about overwatering even though soil seems dry..bottom of the pot hole is moist tho)

They are not droopy at all they are green for most part..it seems a little skinny and tall but he said give it another month or so OR until it gets to a 1' +. I mist it all the time maybe 2-3 times a day, under them too. Sorry I dont have pics guys but ill post them soon

Any help will work ima go throw up.

Edit: SOIL - Its a potting mix (slap me) it includes: Sphagnum, peat moss, bark and perlite..think this may have been a bad choice?

I cant be sure but that clone loos huge! Maybee its having trouble supporting so much vegetation with a small root system.??:hump:

haha Its tall I know when I got it, it was in a 16oz cup! So I had transfered it into a bigger pot and been watching it.

ph is 7 btw

Thanks for the input, any other suggestion?

The ph is a lil high but nothing deadly, i would cut the browning tips off the bigger fan leaves. The plant will save energy by not trying to repair the dead parts. Just try not to remove the entire fan leaf youl still need those until the undergrowth kicks up. Try misting it a couple times a day to keep it well hydrated too. Make sure if u use tap water to ph it first or at least leave it out over night b4 u use it.

The lower part of the plant looks like its been clipped already, couple of the leaves. Would more cutting hurt it?

I always mist it at least 2-3 times a day, even underneath. The ph is at 7 so its kinda neutral, idk if homedepot has some kind of ph adjuster.

Thanks though. Any more input?

More cutting probably wouldnt hurt check out this pruning link, its amazing what this guy does. http://forums.mycotopia.net/holding-...vironment.html

I think u could probably get a ph adjuster there but i really wouldnt worry like i said 7 isnt too bad.. I dont even check my water but they make a big deal about ph here so u might wanna research a little on it.

Besides that your temps look good as well as your lighting. Once this baby heals up you'l be rocking :joint:

I went ahead and did some prunning. We see what happens. The link doesnt work!

Man how do you guys maintain humidity during night time? Maybe invest in a humidifier?

this is my first grow so i havent really got it down to science but i just keep a wet rag hanging in front of my fan, quick and ghetto but it will bump your humidity quick

lol i was just splashing water on the shelves till i thought of the rag its working so well i might just stick with it.

hey guys lights came on tonight and i was checking it out and I dont understand why the leaves keep drying up. They dont really do damage besides what was shown but they just get very dry. this time I did a real heavy misting till it was dripping...till then Im not sure what its lackin.

Im gonna go pick up the liquid nutes tomorrow and add some. If i remember right, add with water and spray onto soil?

Well I got some plant food but havent added it yet since I watered yesterday. I want to get the soil nice and moist.

The leaves are still drying out though, im having to mist them quite a bit. Hope they can hold on. Any other suggestion? I moved the lights a little away even tho they are cfls

Come on anyone? MY shit is drying up but still greener then shit! shits not that green either (sometimes) *tears* help.
