clone problems

this clone started getting droopy and turning yellow on the bottom leaves its def. not over watered and im using 1/4 strength nutes that Ive used b4 on clones could this be a pH issue:roll:
the first pic is tree days ago and a bunch of leaves fell off the bottom the next pictures is 20 minutes ago

question 2 can i top a plant after its been topped below where i already topped it sounds dumb but lol i want cloning practice

when you take your clone it must be kept in a warm humid area for approx 10 days, have you done that ? also keep it well sprayed if you take the lid off the prop/dome etc
