so a friend of mine in cali asked me a couple of questions and I said I would try to find some answers.


is it good to keep it under 5500k 27 watt cfl after cutting? and if yes how long should the light be on them

5500k should work 6500 is norm for veg, most ppl to 24/7 light on clones i personally do 18/6

he noticed the plants would dry out quicker with the bulb. should he use a lower watt bulb? and do you know of a good clone solution to dip it in after it gets cut?

use a clone dome, or gear up a dome over top of them and mist them twice a day. I just use a generic rooting gel from a local gardening store. if he is uing pots gear up some clear over top that can keep moisture in they wont dry out

as for wattage that wont hurt i use 4 32 watt floro tubes over my clones and veg, biggest thing is making sure they get moisture through the leaves untill they grow roots

Use clonex gel and spray once at the beggining with supernaturals instant jungle. do this for best results

Yeah i think pretty much the same but i use olivias cloning solution and gel and put them in bubble cloner that i built. Keep the dome over them and mist them each day.
