clone/veg room

Ive got a 5x5 flowering room with 1000 hps....what size pots and how many plants do you guys think i should use..? I also have a 3x3 that i will use for clones and then veg...what lights should i use for the clone/veg room....i have a 500 hps...but think that is too much $$ in electricity for clones.and ideas...?

I have a single room that I am dividing similar to your setup. I am using 1000w mh ->hps on the 5x5 area, and 600w MH and a pair of 2x48 CFL in the 3x3 area. The idea is to keep vegging and flower areas full using 8week veg/8week flower cycles through three harvests (32 weeks total). Start off with bag seed. first crop will hopefully be 12 females (out of 24 started), 2nd and 3rd crops should be all female clones.

I would try to get a 400w for the 3x3 or 250w at the least too bad you dont have 4 feet or you could get by with shop lights

Have you considered a 2 foot 6 bulb T5? How tall are you going to veg them?
