Clone wont Bud !...what could it be ?

Hi ya'll .... something wierd is happening here... I gave a friend a few clones ...and he rooted them successfully and kept them in growth for a couple weeks (where i tripped mine right after cutting the clones)

btw this is all DWC

and then he tripped his .... BUT...one of his wont Bud it just keeps growing ...and it's showing female ...but not budding ....all the other ones are budding whole heartedly...as are all the Moms...

I did a little searching and saw 1 thread like this ...and peeps were sayin to check for light leaks....but i dont think he has any . (he DID have heat issues for a couple weeks though ...hot room and water )

what could it be ?? thanks in advance for any ideas....

he keeps jokingly saying after the others are harvested ...he's gonna turn the light back to 6 hours ....LMAO

If its not light leaks it could be from the heat stress.Does it have nute burn?

heat stress will do that.
remember what the plant needs in order to bud. late in the year the temperature drops, this along with a plethora of other factors induces flowering.
but this can be seen as a major contributor to bud ignition.

will it ever bud ? how can he induce it ?

ok... all the plants are in the same bin and have been treated the same ....I wonder why 3 are budding and this one Not ?

Same bin? Personally if it were seperate from the rest I'd give it a quick flush and a couple of days in the dark (that should reset its body clock as it were) then try budding again...if that didn't work I'd try making a clone from it and if successful top it a few times over whatever period then keep it as a mother

thanks Sims.... yeah ...another thing my friend mentioned was maybe making a clone out of it .... this is the first time anyone has mentioned putting it in the dark...I just dont know if he has the equip for a 2nd bin... he's following this thread ...so he'll see this suggestion...

He DID say last night ...that it was the healthiest looking plant...with NO nute burn (where as the other 3 have slight tip burn ...

But It seems to me that it looks the healthiest cause it's still in growth stage ...you know ? But then again .......I dont know shit ...LOL
