Dude I see people selling weed and clones illegally on craigslist. If your legal, and the buyers are legal than what can anyone say?
Just put a disclaimer, and make sure its not agaists the almighty "rules of craigslist" I think they added a thing so they can charge you $1000 per rule that is broken...but that might just be for identity theft, etc.
Im sure you would just get a warning and the post removed if they had an issue with it.

I was wondering the same thing...how can you sell weed and clones on Craigslist...will it be against the law?I have my 215 card.

I don't think prop15 gives you the right to sell any weed to Anyone. You would need to open a dispensary to do that, or become a caregiver(grow weed for them), even then you could only sell weed to patients that you are a caregiver for.
If you want to sell your product "legally" open a dispensary, or go to the dispensary, a lot of them will buy good weed.
I dont know about clones, but if your only selling clones to other patients then there shouldnt be much of an issue unless the feds get involved, then everybody is fucked.
