Dude its a mere seeding!!! Grow it a while!! Under a proper light! Not something raided from a lizard viv! Im a noob too but damn! do some research 3-4 weeks under a blue light 18-24 hrs a day! Read some guides on topping/fimming and be patient!! Dont try and rush it ). And good luck

For the record, a heat lamp would be used to keep a roast beef warm on a slicing table at a buffet, not to cook it. As to whether it might cook a plant, Chef GrowinDad thinks yes.

I'm trying this myself with a cutting from my other plants just for fun. A beauty like pineapple express though I'd go ahead and veg it bigger. That is some tasty stuff. Looks healthy too.
