I was wondering if anybody had any experience putting clones in dirt and then straight to 12/12. My box is full with flowering plants and I put 3 clones in - problem is the timer is set to 12/12. Any idea what my chances of survival will be? I usually veg my clones for 3 weeks (or so), with the light on 24 hours before changing to 12/12. Not sure what will happen.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

if they are rooted then they should have no problem. The trick is to keep the light a little extra far away if you are using a big light. Drop is a few inches every other day or so and you should have no problem.

A lot of people use this type of method and just keep a mom plant. Every 2 weeks they take clones off the mom, root them, then throw them into flower. There are several very good examples of this on the site if you look around. Look up SoG or Sea of Green. that is the technique that you are talking about. :peace: !!!

very low chance as they clones need high humidity and longer lighting hours. Rooted, they would be fine.

:leaf:well, time will tell i guess.maybe i 'll take them out of the flower room right as the lights go out, and put them on the windowsill while the lights are off. i flower during night, so this might be an option.it'll be a good experiment though. thanks for all the quick feedback. check my journal at my sig to see the progress of these ladies.:leaf:
