Clones vs. Seedlings

This will be my 2nd grow, this time however I will be attempting a larger harvest. I just got about a dozen seeds in the mail and I want to veg them indoors but I have a limited amount of space to do so. So my question is this:

Does it make sense to germinate as many seedlings as possible and veg them indoors for a month or so, or start just a few plants and take cuttings from them every couple weeks for a couple months. I would be using a PC as a mother chamber and I have another spot about 2x as big for the clones to veg. Or just utilize both spaces to veg out as many seedlings as possible?

My concern with the PC mother chamber is it wont be big enough to take good cuttings and since im using CFLs, the new shoots wont grow back fast enough (2 weeks). Any thoughts are welcome.

Clones are always better. You can make f1/f2 hybrids and choose the best ones and keep em as mums. Seeds you dunno what your gonna get for the most part, clones are usually the preferred method.

Forgot to mention all these are Femenised seeds

My other concern with the clones is the undeveloped root system compared to the seedlings.... will this impact yield significantly?

Edit:

Also, would I have to worry about spring flowering with clones? Im in the New England area...

grow all your seeds at once when they show signs of sex keep your best female as a mothers and take clones from it!

seeds are way better than clones especially outdoors.
