Cloning a plant in flower

I have a plant I put into flower 3 days ago. I noticed last night that it has a severe case of root rot and I'm wondering if I can butcher it for clones. Any thoughts? The leaves all still look really good.

Sure, you can take clones at harvest if you wanted to even, lol, flowering clones are superior to veg clones imo, I would of tried to fix it a bit longer and then take and cut it all up in a week or 2 when flowering had started. the clones you have are still in veg probally, but thats fine. it will still all work out.

Wish me luck. I cut her down tonight and got almost 20 clones off of her that are now in the Stinkbud cloner.
Depending on how you're doing it, you could see roots within 8-10 days. My DIY Stinky aerocloner produces a 100% success rate in 8-10 days using nothing more than pH'd RO water and Clonex Gel. Roots are a foot long within an additional week.
