Cloning after 3 days of 12/12

Hi i've read on these forums for over a year and just started my first medical grow. I've been veging for a month and just put them in 12/12 lighting on monday. my question is if clones will be ok if taken from these plants?

Yes you can clone when your in flower.

Well its not usually optimal to do so when your flowering.. (it takes a little bit longer to root) but since you just switched to flowering i dont think your going to have a lot of problems
