A buddy needed a few clones and I didn't feel like busting out ez cloner.
So here is what I did.
Invented the handy dandy
Bottom feeding, no dome or powder
Required super amazing no-tech cloning plate.
(peat pellets not included)
Im not saying you should do it but
It works.
I took a few peat pellets
Grabbed some cuttings
Made my 45degree cut at the stem
Shoved them in the pellets
No rooting powder.
Didn't trim any leaves in half.
No misting.
No dome
For sure no fan!!
Put them on a plate under weak light.
The plate is beveled so water pools in the bottom.
I placed the pellets so they barely touched the water and they wicked the water. Yes they stayed wetter than need be but they are fine.
I used a bottled water.
If the plate was dry I splashed a little.
Well under 2 weeks later they are standing with roots.
The first couple days they drooped.
I refused to give a shit.
Fuck them
They are currently eating themselves so tomorrow They go in dixie cups
And out of my life.
Good riddance bitches
