Cloning help

Hey, fellow growers! First time grower here. Been veging for 2 months now (had some insulation issues and really hot days so they didn't grow fast) and I want to switch to flower soon, but want to take some clones first. So my question is do I veg som more and then take the clones or just cut some of the smaller branches of at the stalk and dont worry about it? Thanks in advance!

You can take clones anytime, as long as the plant is still alive. Even in flower, you can clone and reveg... People recommend lower branches for cloning, but as I do topping cutting for training, I just root whatever I cut off.
