Cloning in rockwool in aero setup

So I have my aero setup going and so far so good. I'd like to clone the grapefruit I have in soil. I started a clone just in some rockwool in a prop tray. Ph 5.5-6.0. Now I read to use 1/4 nutes since ofcoarse the rockwool has nothing in it to help of my babies. I'm just not happy with the results. My question is how much better would it work I have the rockwool in a smaller starting aero system that I will have to build? Any advice on nutes to use or stregths or if my clone in its little tray will some water in the bottom be good enough?

I root my clones in my home made DWC unit. Easy to make ... and cheap too.

I use 1" Rockwool and 2" net pots for this. When they are rooted, I transfer them to 3" net pots and into my aero unit for the completion of vegging and flowering.

For the cuttings/clones, I use rooting powder, RO water and NO nutes at all. Success rate is just about 100%.
