cloning question???

right guys i took my first clones 1 week ago today. i presoaked my rockwool and i made cuts at 45 degrees dipped straight into clonex gel and gently pushed them into the rockwool and stood them in my prop and put the lid on they have been in there for a week. so my question is when should i take the dome off the prop and let them grow without it ?? real simple 1 for you guys thanks

I usually wait until the roots start to show through at the bottom. This works really well for me.

Keep em warm, moist (not soaked), wait for the roots to shoot out the bottom. Then put them in dirt. i usually put them in 1/3 gallon containers for a week (wait for several roots to hit the side of the pot) then into straight inot 3 or i like 5 gallon pots.
