Cloning question:

It is hard to see if there are roots within a Jiffy peat pellet. If someone had clones in Jiffy peat pellets, how much time should they allow for the roots to take before transplanting into a pot?

Do not look for roots within pellet. You should wait until the roots are visible outside of the pellet, then transplant.

Yep--- and if you have ideal conditions (humidome is fogged-up and it has enough light & you use rooting agents) can be even faster-- but it needs to be WARM.. and needs to have the dome opened daily for a couple minutes for air exchange...

ours started to root in 4 days-- 1/2 of them already have 'quills' poking-out after only 5!!!
