I know as a rule you should clone only when the plant is in the vegative state.

However i know people you can take a cutting up to two weeks after the plant has beeen placed into flower, at the same time i've also read you could get a hermie because of this. My question is what's the percentage rate, or chance of getting a hermie if a cutting/clone is taken from a flowering plant two weeks in?
