Cloning. when?

the plants are starting to show sex and i bought my rooting hormones but iv no idea when to chop them!
i want to leave the clones outdoor too,
i really wanna do it now or am i too late?
please help!

in vegge stage it is good to take cutting but it can be done in the pre flower state just as well

take ur clones and do it now
