I'd say, based on the photos, you're about a week away from harvest. I don't believe that every single hair or trichome needs to change to yield good bud ,you just want a nice ratio. I'm still seeing quite a few green hairs but there are a decent amount of orange hairs too, indicating that you're not far off. This would be easier to tell if you had a jeweler's loupe or microscope to check out the trichomes but I'd say you'd be fine if you just harvested in a week.
Don't forget, too, that there are certain stages of "ripeness", so to speak. There's not necessarily a best time to harvest, because the bud will feel different depending on when you harvest it. Harvest it a little earlier, get a slightly more uplifting, creative high, harvest it a little later, get a more calming, couch-lock high. As long as you're not harvesting it way too early (such as when the trichomes are still totally clear and only contain precursor cannabinoids), you'll be fine. You could probably chop her down right now and still get some righteous bud. But, I'd just suggest giving yourself some time to flush and maybe a night or two of full darkness to get those trichomes really popping. But yeah, a week or so should do it. Maybe a little longer if you wanted to.
