Do you need an oven/chamber with http://terppextractors.com/collections/extractors/products/mk-4c-terpenator or does that do the whole thing?
Depends on the volume of material you have to process.

You can use an Acrylic or Polycarbonate lid on the lower collection tank, and a hot water bath to do anything you can do in an oven. The amount of oil typically extracted per run is high enough however, that it typically produces too thick a film in the lower tank, to finish the whole extraction in one lot.

You would have to remove it and process it in lots.

I could be mistaken. Mk anything trpntr can use a vacuum pump and hot water bath on recovery chamber. Upgrades for trpntr come with acrylic or lexan lid for recovery pot to vacuum purge research your recovery pump options throughly . oil less pumps designed to use mystery oil in butane. Vacuum distilled ntane doesn't contain mystery oil. No lubricant or thin film for proper piston to cylinder tolerance. inside of pumps are not food grade. Copper aluminum lead chromium just a few pump ingredients. Delish.
It is a mistake to believe everything you read bro, especially the ravings of someone attempting to find a chink in the armor of their direct competitor, which is who posted the blather about metal contamination.

What the passive extractor making those charges failed to address, is the lack of not only proof, but an ostensible source for those metal contaminants given how pumps actually work. You only have to take one pump apart to clearly see that there is no metal to metal contact and the clearance/tolerance is maintained by the seals.

None of the copper heat exchanger cores I've examined were corroded, because butane is not corrosive to copper, nor is copper soluble in butane even if it were corroded.

The hard anodized aluminum pistons used, contain no chromium or lead as claimed by the fanciful description. Lead is added to damn few alloys for machinability, not for light weight, strength, and creep resistance, so what designer in his right mind would select one for this application.

How could he further be so ill advised in his field of training and expertise, that he would then select hard chrome for his piston, instead of the much harder and more durable hard anodizing.

Caveat Emptor applies when claims are outrageous. Extraordinary claims demand extraordinary proof.

Let the purveyor of the above fanciful bull shit step forward with that proof or be judged as an unreliable resource.
