Looks good man. You should be fine with changing the light time. Most people run them more than 18 hrs a day anyway. I never turn my veg lights off. I'm actually surprised you were only doing 16 hrs before. What kind of soil is that again?

bad news.. I woke up this morning with my mom like trying to wake me up..she was like "Doobiee, there's lights and plants in your closet!, you're lucky this house hasn't burned down. I don't know if they know if its MJ but I have them sittin out now with lights on em, I just say there ferns, I also have tomatoes and peppers to play it off,

Dude, you were going to put up that 400 watt light and you live with your parents? Wow, yea that's not going to work. Plus if you actually flower a plant that produces decent bud it will stink like crazy. I think you might want to hold off until you get a place of your own. To make a grow that yields anything at all and keep it completely stealth from people living in the same house would take a lot of money. Fans, carbon filters, ozone generators, dehumidifiers, etc.

I'm so totally confused. You were growing in a closet but now you're not? You got busted by your parents, but not really? You were getting a 400W HPS but haven't/aren't? My dumb ass actually re-read this entire thread and I'm lost. That last set of pics are not in a closet, are they?

Ok here it goes, My parents had no problem with the growing "out in the open", I put them into the closet because I had bigger pots and more lights, My mom then busted me the next morning and then I moved them back onto the dresser, The pics that you were just lookin at were not in the closet, Im going to get a 400wHPS when I get more money, My plants are 3 weeks old yes, they havent had any nutes(because of money) lol.. My bad to interrupt your interphase connection

Wow man. Your parents are way cooler than mine. If my peeps found out I was growing in their house my dad would kill me in my sleep LOL. Hell, if they knew I was growing in MY OWN house they would kill me. But that's cool for you. Those nutes should be okay for veg but you will need something with way less nitrogen for flower. You also have to watch with nutes like that because of the kinds of salts they use. The nutes you get from a hydro store will use high quality salts but ones like you have that aren't intended specifically for cannabis use cheaper salts. All that means is they don't rinse out of the medium as easily and you might have to flush with plain water if the leaf tips ever start to curl downwards. You may also want to consider feeding every other watering rather than every time for this reason. And MOST IMPORTANTLY, start off easy. Your plants do not look starved for food at all. Looks like the label says 1 tblsp per gallon so I would start out at less than 1/4 tblsp for the first feed. You may even want to wait until you see the lower leaves start to yellow which is a sure sign that the plants are hungry.
