Closet Grow Cycle (Mazar, La Conf, Blueberry,Chemdog,Easy Ryder, + More!)

Hey RIU!

Starting off a new grow in my closet. I Own a Medical Card, so I'm not concerned about smell during this grow. I would very much appreciate your input, this is my 3rd grow, but i am taking it much more seriously and am planing on getting a cycle down where i could get a big crop every few weeks or so, just to able to smoke for free

Setup:
3 Room Closet
Room#1: 7' height by 4.5' length by 2' wide ( Flower Room)
-400 watt Sunsystem 6" air cooled with Mh/Hps Convert. 250 cfm Duct fan to cool it.
-4' Florescent tubes on each end.
-Bottom Fan to move air up near the stalks of the plants.
Room #2: 4'h by 2'L by 17" w (Mother Room/mature clones)
-2x 250 watt CFL's (red and blue spectrum)
Room#3:2.3"h by 2'L by 14"w (Clones)
- T-5 SunBlaze 4 tube Florescent (6500 Lumes blue spectrum)

All put in soil (Fox Far OF) on 8/16
Dutch Passion Mazar Fem. (germ 2)
DNA La Confidential Fem. (germ 1)
Dutch Passion Blueberry Fem. ( Germ 1)
Lowryder Easy Ryder Fem. (germ 1)

Medical Clones (local):
Bought on 8/16
Chemdog (healthy and rooted)
Bubble Skunk (purple and looking bomb)
Unknown Sativa (Healthy and huge)
Blueberry grape ( Droppy but trying to save)

A question i have:
-Should i Be giving the clones nutes yet? There all about 5 days old and rooted.

They will show signs of deficiency, if the leaves are a nice semi-glossy, dark green they are good to go on nitrogen, other things will show and be obvious, i mean they dont have stomachs so you cant hear their tummies growling so they just visually show they are deficient.

What are the clones rooted in?

Well i mean in general semi glossy dark green leaves are healthy, once they start being deficient feed em with grow big.
