Closet Grow Odor Control/Drainage-Ideas??

Whats up all.. I'm tryin to get my first grow room off the ground and i need all the help i can get.. its in my closet and it needs to stay stealthy.. does anyone have any advice for odor control that doesnt involve the extreme noise of a carbon filter and inline fan? someone told me about a black light in a tube that works just as well or something... also im trying to figure out a system of draining off water for after i give the kids a drink.. any ideas? im the one on the groundkiss-asshah thanks.

ya man the light thing my old work had this machean for garbage rooms n it had to bulbs in side n 2 little computer fans witch sucked in the air went over the kight witch distroy smell on the cell levle your left with a slight smell of welding fums but not weed stink trying to remember the type of blub

You are going to need a high powered black light to work alone for the smell.

TONS and TONS of posts on odor control. No ultra cheap/easy with longevity. For ultra cheap, figure on 1/2 grow. Be happy if full grow.

For drainage? Lose some room height.
I use an inverted lid from a storage tub sitting on 2 5 gal buckets with a slight angle with a hole in a corner. Drains into a jar. Thats the veg room.

Flowering room is a custom made tray of pressure treated plywood with a drain hole into a 'saucer' for plants (~$1) Propped up on some scrap 2x4 with a little extra on one corner to give pitch.

Ionizers will work, but keep them out of the grow room because they can cause burns on your plants. Also, it would be a good idea to keep it on a timer instead of running 24/7 because ozone is a carcinogen.

nice nice... a nyone have any links to one of these lights? carcinagens dont sound too inviting hah.. also someone gave me the idea of a febreeze contraption of some sort.. good/bad?
