Lol only way I could describe it.......same strains not 12/12 fs don't get the dodgy fin leafs that's all I'm sayin that's why I always thought testing new strains 12/12 fs is a bad idea not doin um there full justice.....

Maybe it's the few that do have more then 13 hours that don't like it if there genetics are in the cross some where???? Lol I have no idea what I'm on about just seen some strains do a lot better not 12fs an look total different that's all....

I see both sides and I think for breeding purposes it would be best to really let a plant veg out a bit and see what it does. Unfortunately we don't have countless years on this planet so we gotta take things a little quicker. To take a strain to IBL I'd guess you're looking at about 2 years minimum, and that's a lot of time!

Making a phenotype into an IBL is what its all about in my book. I dont feel comfortable keeping numerous clones on deck just so I can grow them at my leisure, Id rather just have f3s or f4s of said phenotype. So i pop a 10 pack and bam! should have something close to the original. And hey, theres males in there now!

majority of the bb's ones are f2, f3's, and I just made a deep blue f4. But ideally these need to all be taken to at least f5 i think. But it doesn't stop the earlier generations producing some banging offspring. And from them there are some real treasures. (everyone likes their own phenotype as well)

i really like to pheno hunt tho,makes it fun.

i thought i read you saying to Ras that your kush2 male dog was ready for clones....or am I imagining things? The Kush2 is a male from an OG Kush seed. God knows what pollenated that, I thought it was an S1 as there were only a few pips....Anyway, confusion added too, lol.
