CMH mixed with UFO LED

I'm getting ready to try my first grow with CMH lighting. I'm wondering if mixing in a UFO LED during flower would be beneficial? What I read says that's the only downside to CMH is there isn't as much red as HPS. I'm trying CMH for heat and utility reasons.

Is there a plant on the outskirts of your light and tent that could benefit from some extra light, if so park your ufo directly above

Would depend on the specific ufo. Most though are not as efficient as your CMH but added light is indeed added light. As said, it may fill out a bit of coverage if you want to use it.

I have under cabinet led strip lights that put out over 100 lumens per watt on the cheap. A few of those would probably even be better. Maybe I’ll get a couple more of them and grow a few herbs for fun.
