Hello friend , this brew mix will make a gallon at a time, very simple,,
In one bowl mix all this good stuff together ,
40 grams of Ginger root, grate into the bowl, grate the skin off 2 lemons same bowl, save the lemons, now you need to pour 450 grams of sugar right on top of the Ginger and lemon , take boil 1gallon of water, pour the water in the mix bowl right over the goods , stir well, cover so u don't let contaminates in let cool to room temp,
Final step, take 1gram of champagne yest stir in, now pour into a bottle any size will do, 20 soda bottle and up, make sure you leave about 3 inchs of air left in the container , Very important step here, make sure you poke a couple small holes in the bottle top so air can escape , or booooom,, plus the idea is the air that comes out it co2 , place bottles around plants in about 2,3 weeks you have an alcohol drink that's about 40 proof plus you have co2, I make more every 3weeks, you will prob give allot away but why not you got what you pay for, co2 for less than 20 bucks for you hole cycle,, enjoy and let's get growing,

Also 1step you can do is squeeze the lemon in to the mix when you put in the yeast,, or add cinnamon , 1tbs cream of tartar , or rasberrys ,,,
