Co2 in the uk

If anyone has had any trouble in the uk getting co2, i've finally found somewhere that I can get it from.

In about an hour i'm heading down to my local calor gas retailer, i'll let you know how it went upon my return.

you can get CO2 gas canisters from home brew shops, you'll need a barrel lid to get the air out and you can normally get them refilled for about a tenner or something like that. rather primitive method but it does the job.

I got a decent sized co2 cylinder, 15£ full, when i need a refill i take it back and exchange it for a different bottle, another 15£

Not too bad at all.
