CO2/O2 Idea.

Hi ya'll, was thinking about airflow, co2/o2 a little while ago, and was thinking of getting a CO2 canister when a thought hit my mind. I don't know if it already exists, but here's what i came up with.

For example we have 6 plants, all planted on same day. So all the growth rate would more or less be the same.

We have a 2 level cabinet with individual doors for each level, instead of planting all 6 plants in the same area, we grow 3 on the top, 3 on the bottom. Here's the thing, we put them on opposite time tables, as in, the top will be 'night' when the bottom is 'day' and vice versa.

And we have 2 fans which connect to ducts which bring the air from the top to the bottom then to the top again. So when the top is producing CO2 the bottom is producing O2, and they will generate enough quantity of each gas to be 'self sufficient' eliminating the need for aditional CO2 or O2 canisters.

For those who don't really understand what i'm getting at, i've attached a rough sketch. (don't mind the drawing)

Do you guys think something like that would work?

All comments are welcomed. :)

Thanks fer reading y'all!

yea lol all of the above posts are right... so put the c02 in as it has good effects but you dont need to squirt it all in at once it has to be slow release.... i know it sounds daft but if you just sit and talk to your plants for an hour a day and have a j with them that is sufficent c02 for them lol :)
