Popped out outlet packed with fiberglass insulation.
One thing I have done in the past is hit the local hardware store and buy the over sized plates and put it over the original outlet plate so I could remove them if I ever needed to without having to mess with the electric. I used a longer screw which happen to come in my pack as well. This only works if the outlet isnt already covered with an oversized plate... Just an option for some to consider... plus if you put those insulation pads behind it, it helps too... but I an sure there are minor leaks but they are so negligible...

So these over sized plates go over the original plates how does that seal anything? Sorry confused on how that works.

This reminded me. After popping outlet, and before the fiberglass, I caulked openings in the plastic electrical box and on a couple put a bead on the edge of plate as I screwed it back in.

The oversized plates I got were blanks so they had no holes... They typically used oversized plates for guys that dont know how to cut drywall...lol...
