co2 question

Hey yall need a little help. Anyone use this co2 regulator? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Extoic-CO2-Injection-System-Regulator-Grow-Room-Hydroponics-Flow-Meter-Control-/370580951253#vi-content

My setup is 10x10x8H with a 10" 1400 cfm exhaust and phresh filter on a speed controller...intake is 8" faux return vent on the ceiling opposite the exhaust coming from outside via duct to attic gable vent....thinking of tapping into the HVAC plenum with a shroom cap...anyhow I am running indagro's and the temps for the little baby mommas are running 75ish in the dark and 85-90 when lit, so perfect for co2 I reckon. Not looking to implement at the moment but I have access to cheap tanks and refills and am seriously thinking of giving it a go on timers and getting it all dialed in with a ppm gauge and the fan controller.

Question is will the 15 SCFH of CO[SUB]2[/SUB] per hour (Standard Cubic Feet per Hour) that is teh indicated max output of that regulator be able to fill my room to the desired ppm?

Plenty, you will see when you hook it up that you will have it dialed in way down to supply plenty of o2. Mine is very similar if not identical.

There are quite a few charts available that will tell you how many CFH u will need and at what intervals to achieve the desired amount ( I did know lol 1500-2000 kinda sticks in my mind). And yes you will have to dial it way down. I installed a 24v selonoid and a timer when I was running it as well as integrating it with my exhaust so that temp took priority. If it got too hot my CO2 would shut off and fan would start. I found it hard to do with out some kind of mechanical cooling due to exhaust off in warmer weather. Also I dont have a cheap supply :( I was going through about $40 every 7-10 days which I guess is not bad in the scheme of things.
