co2 using yeast thread...

I saw a thread about a week ago of a DIY by someone.

In the thread the person used some pop bottles, some yeast, some sugar, and some water to generate c02. I remember some instructions saying anytime you wanna give them a quick boost to just cover the small hole made in the top of the bottle (the lid) and shake em up a bit.

I cant find the thread again and i forgot to bookmark it. If anyone can point me in the right direction i would appreciate it. Ive done at least 15 searches for it through tags and thread titles with no luck.

I need to get a good formula. my buddy tried this method and had a overflow with yeast bubbles!

Thanks!

I think I have seen the same post looong time ago...cant point you to it, just have to tell you that I have tried it with and without and there is no difference. Really...with the yeast it just smells and its all reall messy...rather go without IMO.
