what is the best and easiest way to start a C02 system,and where can i get a tank?

baking soda and vinegar works also. If you want a tank you can go to a welding supply store. or just look on craigslist. If you buy one on cl make sure the hydrostatic test date is good or you will be out some money to get it tested.

take about a 1/3 to 1/2 cup of baking soda put it in a bowl, take any bottle about a pint to quart and set up a drip system. I have just used a needle poked a hole in it and set the vinegar in a net cup suspended a lil bit. A drip every few seconds if what you are after. Will last a day. If ya have a sams club around you can get 2 gallons of vinegar for 3 bucks and a 6 lb bag of baking soda for 6 bucks will last a while.

It depends on how many plants you have. For a couple plants you can use the methods already suggested or if you have like ten plants I would use and I do use a burner connected to a propane tank.
