I didn't have any money in the fight for our side...I'd like to see disclosure of what it cost taxpayers to violate the rights of the sick. I'm sure the government lawyers weren't staying at the motel 8 and eating at Mcdonald's.I would still like to see where our money was spent and by whom. I'm in favor of pursuing it. Funny business seems a foot.
i have to disagree. if he was so hot he would not have used Beemish/Hebert as a "2fer" he should have had one more plaintiff with current paperwork that needed changes. there would have been fewer left outs. for someone THAT experienced, he should have known better.Id say the Feds fucked patients worse than anyone ever could.
It would seem JC did good! Like we thought and I said he would!
Still bent about him Nadin?
I can see why you dislike the wannabe hero wilcox. I've thought Wilcox was a joke from day one!! Never really could underatdn why Conroy involved himself in the first place...anyone could SAY he wanted the funds...but the guy is KING when it comes to MMJ trials now after a win like this one...He will go down in History books More so than Harper... thats gotta burn Harpers ass.
I hear ya..but he obviously did not need more and won with what he gave. Who knows why he did what he did.i have to disagree. if he was so hot he would not have used Beemish/Hebert as a "2fer" he should have had one more plaintiff with current paperwork that needed changes. there would have been fewer left outs. for someone THAT experienced, he should have known better.
Don't dismiss the possibility they may still get taxes from med patients with fees and licensing costs with renewals. They know product is being diverted I don't think they care they just want a way to tax it. When the cop pulls you over he only wants to give you a ticket...all all out the taxes.Funny how it's caused by lawyers...defended by lawyers.....Tried by lawyers....billed by lawyers....lawyer..lawyers...lawyers....What a joke and we are the punchline.
Make work campaign #28934532...billed and completed Sir.....NEXT money maker please
I got a question for ya hippy. The coalition won you the right to grow your own. You have been supplied zero evidence of wrongdoing only finger pointing and personal slander. Do you feel O.K. throwing them under the buss with the results they provided you? Personally this is why I don't jump on the bandwagon. Nothing against the people that have. I can't stomach down talking someone with no evidence. Don't bite the hand that feeds ya kinda thing..I would still like to see where our money was spent and by whom. I'm in favor of pursuing it. Funny business seems a foot.

Yeah that's fair. I didn't donate so I can't say it wouldn't bother me. Nadine needs to file her application so this can be looked into deeper. Any idea why she hasn't done this month's ago? Would have been proper procedure.@bigmanc
Results are good, but that can't excuse misuse of funds. I feel wilcox treated this money like it was his personal money. Maybe I'm wrong. But I'd like to see the accounting of it all. That's only normal when you ask for public funding. Be prepared to show where it went.
We just wanna see what we paid for.
I find wilcox less than desirable as our leader so to speak.
I don't know why she hasn't. Could be a lot of reasons. But I'd only be speculating to say any.Yeah that's fair. I didn't donate so I can't say it wouldn't bother me. WTF! did I just read.Yes gb1223, of course I have my eyes and spies on Conroy and his operatives; co-conspirators operating as the Coalition, NORML, BCCC etc. I fail to see any reason for celebration because 50% of your mates have been left in the battle field to be held as a prisoner instead of as a patient with the victors celebrating on the backs of the vanquished in this ongoing asymmetrical War on Drugs. You folks are worse than my ethnic clients from war-torn parts of Africa who used women and children as shields against bayonets and who would slit your throat for a used tea-bag and for whom I establish representative organizations in order for them to participate in government affairs.launder their money through so-called religions and access tax-payer funds for their projects. The courts simply had no other choice but to uphold the Constitution or else clients like mine would use the Constitution to implement their home-grown customs and Sharia-like laws.
The courts have decided to indemnify (insure) court-related costs which means that Conroy can submit a bill for his outstanding legal fees, Wilcox can submit a claim for all of the legal costs dispersed to date as the sole client in this joint-personal representative solicitor-client relationship operating as the Coalition along with a claim for all of his 'travel' expenses and promotion costs for camera equipment incurred by his private enterprise, Cannabis in Canada and I can make a claim for the $5K worth of pipes that were donated by the Non-Status Indian Association of Alberta for equitable sale at the 2013 Vancouver Health Expo hostted by Coalition Treasurer, Sandra Colasanti, who failed to return their fair portion of pipe sales to the non-status Indians, who are highly pissed off still about their land being stolen by a bunch of white-men less than 100 years ago in Alberta.
However, the balance of this money belongs to the patients who were issued no receipt. The funds should be set up in a foundation for the continued fight for the rights of the left-outs and not to defend the corporate capitalist interests of dispensaries.
Thankfully, Hizhonour shall have to finally order the audit on the Coalition's funds and fund raising methods which shall disclose everything before a farthing is indemnified, just like any other insurance claim. Claims without audit and adequate source documentation can bee deemed to be fraudulent so unless they want to disclose exactly where all of the money came from they are all out of luck.

Fwd: Conroy will go national to fight for dispensaries as per last comment in Press Conference that dispensary fight will be next; since he was awarded costs so the quarter million should rightfully be patients / growers war chest for appeals / new cases
