Cochise dispensary open

$20 per gram... So this is how it's gonna be eh? $560 an ounce.

Meanwhile... I see endless dank on the black market for $260-$280 Z. Most of the patients I know are paying $200 - $260 per Z.

I would consider the dispensary program a miserable failure so far.

Arizona is surrounded by weed producers. Black market prices are $260-$300 max. These tards think they can get $20 per gram.
They will rip off patients and the patients will go back to buying on the black market. The dispensaries will fold rapidly under their
enormous startup costs and labor costs. Only the lamest of lame with no connetions would pay $20 per gram.

The law created a totally artificial business environment with little competition. Now I read about these dispensaries with totally
bloated operating costs. Their business plans rely on one thing, that they have a monopoly. Capitalism abhors a monopoly so these
dispensaries will wind up competing against a lot of much more efficient black market producers. A black market producer doesn't
spend $40K on security and they don't buy granite countertops and fancy doors. They don't need to create an upscale environment.

There are no doubt 10 times as many non patient smokers in the state as patients. This suggests that the black market is well established
and dwarfs any amount dispensaries can produce. If I had a competitor that was ten times larger, my business plan would not be to
sell to the lamest of the lame at twice the going rate and drive my business to my competitors.

It's a travesty a shame and borderline fraudulent that these people running dispensaries don't have a clue about what MEDICAL grade means. And these are the institutions approved and regulated by the Arizona Department of HEALTH services.
 
I really liked the jar tops they had in the video with the strain names written in chicken scratch or scribbled out with a sharpie..

I have seen better/more professional labeling/presentation at the farmers markets.

I still cant believe patients are limited to buying grams, 8ths and quarters, just so they can stay within the operational laws.
Its also a great money making strategy for dispensaries to only offer the three, typically most expensive options.
Is AZDHS not supposed to regulate shit like this?
Wonder if this is the case in cochise?
 
Why don't they spend that 5 million in the Amma fund on ensuring safe access for patients instead of hiring private law firms in the state good ol boy network to attack and undermine the will of the voters in court.

I'm sorry, but anyone that uses the term "high end" and "GDP" in the same sentence is clueless.
GDP is a commercial strain. It lacks the power to be called high end.

Disagree with the the GDP statement !!! There so many things people call GDP that are not. Ive had GDP that's better than OG.

PS: never had a weed that made me nap only after 2 tokes...

Dude i never doubted your growing ability. I'm sure you have some strains i do to. All i was saying is that ive gotten a batch of GDP that was out of this world OG caliber if you wanna believe me or not that's on you, but i didn't even grow the stuff so i would have nothing gain. Besides to each there own some people just don't like some weeds and like other i wouldn't.
I'll check out what you got.
