coco to soil question

Hi guys,
I didn't know exactly where to put this so I'll try here.
I just received six 8-10" plants in 1 quart pots of coco. I normally grow in FF soil.
Question:
Can I transplant these into soil without any problems? I don't know anything about coco for a medium but I've gotten fairly proficient with fox farms stuff. Does anyone see a problem? That stuff is so "fluffy" that I'm a bit concerned about turning pots over to transplant.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Alot of people add coco to soil in their recipes .

If they are small containers there should be no problem at all. Pictures are worth a 1000 words. But I'll lose this thread, so you can PM me for advice.
