what seems to be the best way to do your flush?

and for how long

im into my 4th grow since switching to coco and have heard and used a couple of different ways

*ph'd water 5.8> 5-6days 7 litres of run off, im in 55litre pots

*final rinse for the last week, with RO (lowers ph to around 3-4)

*pinneapple juice 5mls/L last 3 feeds with run off(lowers ph around 3-4)

what really is this flush doing except flushing excess nutes out of the coco?
are we trying to deprive it of elements (N),(P),(K),(S),(FE),(MB)

as i see once you flush with ph'd water there is no nutrients left in the coco, so the plant will feed of its self causing its leaves to yellow up wich are signs of(N),(P),(K),(S),(FE),(MB) deficiencies

do we want the plant to feed from its-self for the last few days to give the plant some kind of deficiencies

what works best for maxium flavour and minimal loss in yeild???:joint::joint::joint::joint::joint::joint:

well lets look at Osmosis when a concentration of nuites is higher out side of the membrain nuiets move in if you reverse that nuites move out so flushing with a 10% souiltion is better than flushing with water ......... sorry about my spelling

Coco as you may already be aware of, is a hydro medium. So it's not as if there can really be that much build-up. I flush with pure water 2x before harvest, prior to that I am using just cal-mag (at a really low dose) for my RO water and molasses for about 10 days, then the final flushes. The point of flushing is to rid the plant matter of all the f*d up crap thats been in it, that's what makes the final product taste better. The point at which your plant is starting to eat itself is when you should be cutting them down. With coco, the crap can get out of your plant rather quickly so you don't have to flush that long...like 3-4 days, which for me is about 2 waterings/flushes.
