sst's have all that and more so than fresh young coconut water. If its pasteurized, all that gets killed off. All bottled coconut water is heat pasteurized.
it should be good. But you don't know if they soak the coconuts in formaldehyde or not. They do that ro preserve the coconut. Any with added sugars / flavors are more than likely using old acidic coconuts. I dont know of a single brand that's not pasteurized. It would go bad within a week if its not pasteurized. If you want to stock up. Best option is coconut powder from build a soil. But sst's are the cheapest. Seeds can last for years.
