Cofused about lighting a bit...need sme help

Ok well this is my first post and i have ordered some nirvana ice 2 days ago and it will be m first grow. I am going to use fluorescent lights but i dont know how many i need for only 2 mabye 3 plants in my closet which the space i set aside is small but only b/c im still in high school and im trying to keep it as confidential as posible but anyway back to my question I dont have lights in my closet and WHAT KIND OF LAMPS/ LIGHT HOLDERS SHOULD I GET. This is where i am most confused like not the light itself but the holders for it i am hearing like 3 lights per plant for flouresent bulbs but were can i put the bulbs i have an extension cord but will i have to use like 5 lamps for the bulbs and plug them all in an outlet.

p.s what type of cfl should i get...cheap plz i dont have a lot of money :-(

Im going to say this once and once only.

If you are growing in your parents house without them knowing then think again as this is a very uncool thing to do.

Also if you are still in high school are you even over 18 yrs of age as this is the legal requirement of this site.

lol your going to grow in your parents house and they dont know?? what i mean is and they dont kow YET? LOL wow your parents must be the worst parents ever if they cant figure this one out.

i wont touch upon the morality of the issue.
Heres what you do, go buy 2 lightbars, 8 y splitters, 8 outlet to lightt socket converters, and 8 2700k 26w or however big you can afford, nothing under 23w though, and 8 6500k bulbs(as big of ones as possible like i said b4, nothing under 23w). Now you plug those outlet to socket converters into the lightbars, 4 per bar, now take your y splitters and screw them into the converters, now screw in your bulbs, one spectrum of each per y splitter.

These plants do tend to smell.

Make sure you have about 200$ before you jump in. You will need fan(s) many lights, walls, pots, soil, nutes, testing equip... it all adds up rather quick...

for cheap as dirt. check out the ghetto growers club, they are your best bet here (along with the DIY forum inside general). Also youtube for closet grow will help.

GL be ready to kill a few though, maybe start with some bagseed.
