Cold nights

OK I am on my first grow ever; mystery seeds from a bag of the best weed I ever smoked. (my dealer gave me a break on the price b/c of the seeds...he shouldve charged me more haha!) Anyway, I think I am growing either Misty or White Widow (3 of them) and somehow an Afghani Kush seed must've gotten mixed in with them in my drawer. I am very close to harvest on all 4 plants. In NC, we had torrential monsoon downpours all week, so I brought my ladies inside for a few days. Having little ones, I had to keep the plants hidden in a closet after school from 3:00pm to 8 AM for the three days. During the daytime, I put them out on my porch with a clear plastic tent over them (not touching). I put them back outside after the rain stopped, and the first night it got pretty cold for the first time...like down in the 50 or 60s. The next day, I could see that my buds and leaves had a much more white crystally look just with my eye. Upon using my handheld scope, I could see a dramatic increase in glandular trichomes from the day before. I wonder if it was the cold, the 16 hour dark periods or just a co-incidence? anyone?

this way also , this whole week is going to be rain , rain on the weeks i need it least.
my babys been feed good they know how to take care of themselves.

Its possibly the weather increased thc , i read somewhere the same thing and it would make sence in a way that the plant sences that its time is almost up and it wants to force as mutch as it can before its too late.
remember the plant wants to produce seed and spread .
I wish i knew how the plants fealt on the inside on a cold rainy day .
