Ok, so my temps the last few weeks have been quite low hitting 8c at one point for a couple of hours. Temps were dipping after lights out down to an average of 15-17c from the 2nd to 4th week of flower. Humidity has been ranging from 50-60%RH.
The temperature issue has now been sorted and my day and night temps are back within range again.

However...

I noticed after the 2nd week of flower as the stretch was coming to an end and pistils were starting to appear that 1 plant in particular(all over) and a couple of other plants(only on the lower branches) had a purple/black tinge to the pistils.
The plant thats completely affected is completely stunted in growth compared to the others.

The only time ive seen stunted growth and growth structure like this before on this strain it turned to be male.
I decided to keep and eye for balls and see how she goes , putting the purpling/black and stunted growth down to the recent cold temps.
However 2-3 weeks on and ive pulled the one that is completely affected from the room as im not to sure wether its bud rot , root rot , temp issues.....
What do you guys think ?

The pistils are now shriviling up , the bud sites are tiny but fragrance is ok . The purpling seems have spread and effecting the areas around the buds as well now. On close inspection it does look purple although im not 100% sure.
Having only noticed but rot before at harvest , the slimy type , i didnt want to take any chances and pulled her , she wasnt getting much light anymore anyway as the others have dwarfed her but im worried if it is rot it may have spread.
Pics attached.

So do you think the pics show just purpling from the cold temps or do you think it could be rot?

Cant see rot... they arent dense enough or big enough to rot. Bit they arent ever going to amount to much now. Get a heater

And start again
I know this little lady isnt going to put out much but the rest of the plants are doing a lot better and filling in nicely. Two of them are showing signs in the lower branches though of whatever has effected this one. It was just easier to pull this one out to take some pictures to try and identify the cause :) Heater already added.

Also to add branches on this plant have been touching branches with other plants and the other plants seem unaffected where they have been touching.
