What if u put up some barbwire on or at the base of your fence or maybe if u put nails in the top of your fence. Or if u took some scrap wood put a lot of rusty nails through It and covered the wood with dirt leaving the nails exposed. I seriously doubt their shoes has steel soles. Under cover of night they won't see them. And u can easily remove them if need be

nah, the situation will and does happen anywhere growing is 'legal', and happens to the backwoods grows elsewhere. people don't hide what they have, or it gets found, and others will always want it and do what they will to get it. we've all seen too many episodes of worlds dumbest criminals ... it's because there are a lot of stupid people out there and they don't give a F* about anyone elses rights or hard work.

At some point here, you may have to do something illegal. It sucks, but the cops are obviously not going to help you. The rippers have already killed your dog, and are now trying to break into your house. I wouldn't be surprised if their next step is to poison or hurt you. Did you tell the cops that your dog was killed? Did you report the latest break-in attempt? These are things that they can't ignore, even if you are breaking a few city ordinances. If you aren't willing to protect your home with a weapon, your best bet may be to just give up the rest of the harvest. If casey anthony, could get a not guilty verdict, I'm sure you could get away with some shit too. Usually if there are no witnesses it is hard to get a conviction.

had one left outside rocking it through the snow and cold , GDP , looked nice, well , fucking rippers last night about 3 am got about 2 zips off it. That's it now , no more outside and we are done here and moving. Have to meet with the city attorney today to discuss fines for growing outside, they want to take my house under nuisance abatement . There is also a anti 64 rally at the capital today , I plan on being there to show my support for 64.
Its actually kind of funny now, my yard looks like a war zone , stuff all over. The rippers had to navigate there way through the mess and not make any noise , that's why we knew they were here last night and were able to run them off. I'm certain that my neighbor is helping them, they try poking there nose over my fence and seeing what I'm doing, no rippers for a week , all plants look like there gone , then neighbors scoping my shit and rippers back again. It really changes nothing knowing this info, just have to move .

he says " $2000 fine , you will sign and promise to never grow marijuana again , we will have the ability to search your residence at any time for the next 3 years, you will submit for a UA anytime we ask in the next 3 years."
I laughed , lawyer said I don't think so, I said you can't make me not grow, I am a medical marijuana patient . We left and were told they would be in contact , but wait... I also found out I'm already getting fined a $1000 a day now until I remove buildings in my backyard that were built by the previous owners without a permit.
Im still smiling , balls out on this one , till the wheels fall off.
