Colour of bud ?

lol ive wondered this to i would imagine that it would as the water is sucked into the plant and thru the veins and the food coloring would stain plant cells altho im not sure if i would wannasmoke food coloring tho but if u dont mind the possable adverse effects then go for it blue or purple maby red would be cool orr black haha designer weed
Never tried watering in food coloring. I did however do a water cure on a harvested nug and was able to only slightly change its color to purple. The bud ended up a much darker green than the hung, jar'd buds from the same plant. Only a couple of the hairs seemed to change color though.
Overall, not something I would do again. Water curing it killed all the wonderful smell and taste.

well then thee ya go keep me updated and let me know how it goes man should be awsome plus if u do it now u should have enough time to get a decent coloration in the bud and im guessing when u cure the die should be more distinct cause the clorriphil is being leached out there fore leaving the plant matter and cell walls and stuff so u idk man im high and i really wanna see how this turns out post pics and keep me updated lol

Someone on this site has done this. If I remember correctly it looks good but it smokes badly, tastes terrible. Do a search and I'm sure you'll find it.

ok definitely dont want the terrible taste part, maybe next grow on a smaller plant just becasue i dont wanna fuck up a qp or something

O god the kool aid idea, my buddy had told me thats how you get weed to grow different flavors and smells...even if it worked who would do that.
Im not sure about weed but i did try the food coloring experiment with mushrooms a few years ago and the mycelium picked up none of the coloring, very good at not absorbing the color i was surprised.

I only have one growing now so maybe ill order a cheap seed and try it out once this grow is done. that sounds like a much better idea.

there isnt a chemical that i know of its a nute lock out of k i think which causes the plant to turn purple if u drop ur night temps and day temps down like 15 or 20 derees ull lock out the nute in the soil... look it up

I want no affiliation with you or to support you. But there is a humbolt county ( I think) purple max that must be a "chemical" to make buds and leaves purple.
